I have been trying to cancel my contract for two days now but cannot get through to a human being on the phone despite waiting over an hour on hold several times!!! I've tried web chat twice now but get to the point where I'm being put through to the "dedicated team" and get left waiting, again for over an hour!!!
How can this be customer service when there is no one answering to give you any service???
I am so frustrated and annoyed!!!

From the number of reports on here I can only assume the phone systems at O2 have a problem.
There is nothing we can suggest that might help you except to say keep trying.
