02 must have the worst customer service ever, online chat is impossible, I have been waiting for 25 mins & still nothing; I have been charged for something I have no idea what it is, when I spoke to someone I was told are charged for emojis so if that is the case my bill should be huge, I will be leaving 02 ASAP

All networks charge for emojis unless you use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger so if you are leaving because of an emoji costing you then I suggest you don’t send emojis unless you use one of the aforementioned apps
