Customer Service ?

Is it me or has O2's customer service gone down hill in a big way ?

Please elaborate on your experiences. There are other threads on the subject but some of those are mixing CS with retention deals but we all like to know of how you feel it has gone downhill.

In my experience I would say its better. I emailed them with a (minor) complaint, within two hours I had a text reply and a comprehensive email rresponse.

Well I have sent them 3 e-mails with no re-ply, writen to them with no re-ply, called them , they where very rude, don't think I'll be sticking with them when my contract ends

You didn't even get an auto-acknowledgement? Something's not right here.

Well all I can say is that in the whole of the past 2 and a half years I have spent with O2, I have always found their customer service to be good.
I just thought I would say something postive for a change!
