Hello

I am looking at potentially signing up for a custom plan

Upon receiving the terms and conditions, there is one bit that I find unclear and I wonder if anyone can clarify please

In the part that says Airtime plan, it says ' Your Airtime Plan must continue for the first 24 months
of the Device Plan term.'

What if I choose to have a Device plan that is under 24 months? Must I still have the Airtime plan for 2 years after I have paid off the device?

The website and other parts of the terms seem to suggest otherwise:

'You need a monthly rolling Airtime Plan for the first 24 months of a Device Plan. You can pay
off your Device Plan at any time and choose to keep your Airtime Plan, upgrade it, or leave. If
you cancel your Airtime Plan you will have to pay your Device Plan in full if you are in the first
24 months.'

'You need a monthly rolling Airtime Plan for the length of the Device Plan. Pay off your Device Plan at any time without charge. You can then keep on your Airtime Plan, upgrade or leave'

Thanks!

Airtime can be cancelled at anytime after the device plan is paid off.

If you have a 36 month plan, the device plan is delinked after 24 months automatically.
