I am currently being overcharged on my monthly tariff, have unable to contact anyone from o2 for over a week! They just cut the line dead... does anyone know a way to speak to soeone or send an email I’m not getting anywhere? I’m out of contract Thanks stay safe!

The only way is to keep trying customer service as they will be extremely busy with the way things are. Probably very understaffed now.
