Main problem is that I am in Croatia and have always connected to the VIP network without problem. This week my Galaxy 2 won't connect at all and only offers emergency calls only to other networks. I can't use the phone. Why might this have become a problem when it hasn't in the past?
Second issue is trying to get help from O2 on a problem like this in the situation I'm in. I can't chat, could ask for help through an email or webform but is there such a thing? Been round and round the O2 support website which only has standard FAQs, this forum or 'book a guru' Ha
