Hi it’s a long story but I’m not with o2 anymore; I was advised to cancel my direct debit by o2 advisers, 1 October it was due, on the 4th October I got an email late payment not for the usually amount, I called paid it and wanted to speak to a manager, a call back did not happen, my credit file is showing a late payment, I could not even get a phone on contract now because of o2, I’ve never missed a payment in 14 years, it’s really upset me, I’ve emailed no reply, It needs amending asap it’s shocking behaviour from o2, is there a contact number or someone else who can help
