Hi,

I have a problem that happened for the first time.

I got a SIM that i Top up every month for £10 to get O2 Unlimited. When there is like a week till the end of the month I get a message to not forget to top up. I usually top it up before the new month and everything works fine.

And here it is, I topped it up few days ago and there are 3 days till the roll over. But it takes money from the topped credit (which never happened) and says that I will have to top up again withing the new month.

Something is using your credit but we wouldn't know on here so you need to ask O2 to check your usage.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
