Can you tell me why you are charging me for calls when I top up every month on the 16th on payg I also didn't have use of my phone I had to get new sim from you

We can't help I'm afraid as we are all customers like yourself and not customer service.

You may be making calls or sending texts that aren't included in your bundles but you need to seek advice directly from O2 (call 4445) in the absence of any further information.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking to. We are all customers like you. Do you know which pay as you go tariff you have? You have to pay for calls using the credit that you top up with. 

 

You need to call all customer service on 4445 at 25p a call
