My credit is going down by 1p sometimes 2 a day.Why.?

Call customer service on 4445 as it shouldn't do that but do you have mobile data switched on

No it's off and so is data roaming.

Are you doing anything with the phone at all?
I remember you had a mystery £1 issue too so maybe something not quite right with your account?
