Credit withdraw

I was briefly a pay as you go customer and was nearly £20 in credit.

Then returned to monthly payee.

Can that credit money be returned to my bank or will credit cover 2 months payments ?

Yes, as long as you kept the same number you can transfer up to £350 but this should have been done at the time.
Call CS now on 202 and see if they can still do it for you.
