Solved: Credit transfer from old number to new

I accidently topped up my old number which was not in use, instead of my new & current one. Is there anyway of transferring any balance on the old number to the new one?

All you can do is ask for a refund then top up the correct number. It isn't possible to transfer credit between numbers. The only time it's possible is if you switch from PAYG to contract and keep the same number.

Unless I got lucky I had mine transferred over? Before I went on contract, I had two PAYG phones (one as back up) and topped up the wrong one before I went to Spain. Rang 4445 and they transferred it to the correct one.... Either way it was as simple as contacting CS...
