@Anonymous If you still feel you want to speak to customer service, if you have Skype, or another VOIP client you can call O2 on 0800 032 1402 for free from anywhere.

I can only guess that they owed it to you when your account was closed but why it's taken 2 years for an audit is beyond me. However they don't give money for free so accept it graciously, I'm sure they will let you know if it's a mistake 😁
