I upgraded my handset, paid the fee then had to speak to credit risk team. The person I spoke to said my order had been accepted and I should receive the phone within a few days. I received an email also saying similar.
My online account isn’t showing the order and when I’ve called for an update the order isn’t found.
Any suggestions?

Give them a call back, and ask them, or call the sales team on 0808 002 0202 and ask them, as it isnt beyond the realms that the risk team hasnt clicked approved.
