Hi,

Does anyone know how to follow up emails with the credit referral team?

I am currently trying to purchase a house and there is a major issue with an O2 account that I didn’t even know about seen as I am still an O2 customer.

Customer service know nothing about it. Stores can’t help. After several emails I still can’t get an acknowledgement that they have received it to assist.

This is having a significant impact on my financials.

I have emailed the complaints department who advised I should hear something within 10 days. It’s now being 13.

I hate having to chase and go through different avenues but unfortunately I have no other choice.

Morning @Marjo I did drop you a private message yesterday.
Is there anyway you could chase this up for me?
My mortgage offer is due to expire and unfortunately I can’t get in touch with anyone.

I have sent emails and letters to the credit referral team but still can’t get a response 😞

I've just dropped you a private message as well. I've dropped a message to the team but don't have any news personally on the case. I will stay in touch via private message as soon as possible though if I hear anything on my end!
