Hi, I placed an order back in June to which it was accepted online then 2 days later I received an email stating there had been an issue and to email Credit file referrals. I done as the email said and since June 16th I've had no reply, I called in and was told that the email address had been discontinued & was then transferred to someone else who apparently submitted a form for them to contact me. It's now been a month to which I've still had no reply, is there a way to actually have a discussion with them?

Yeah pointless, they don't reply on that one either lol; got an average-ish credit score and can't even take out a Sim with O2 either, but Virgin will happily trust me with 2x Unlimited Data sims and their Ultimate Oomph package. I'm lost with the process.
