Hello, so over 5 years ago now there was a credit file default on my account in 2017 I have been trying to get this resolved for the past 4 years I have paid over £700 for this as I wanted to cancel my account so I was informed by you guys to go to the bank and cancel my direct debit so I did… then I was on my credit file it was seen a a red mark…
im trying to get a house and the mortgage is being flagged up because of this I need it taken care of
I was told at the time by someone called Alex on the phone by going to the bank and cancelling WOULDNT affect my credit report when it HAS
I have sen NUMBEROUS emails to the o2 credit report email and need a reply asap! This is very serious and hasn’t been good on my mental health over the past 3/4 years and it has affected my life greatly I need this taken care of NOW
