I opened four emails. SECC, CCA and key information, those three had files attached and then I received the t&c's with a link which I opened

@Rat The timescales given are correct and they will reply it's just a case of when, o2 referrals are a specialist team and other departments do not have the ability to check into them directly, If after the 7 working has expired then let us know via customer care then we can send a form off to them for you, but this should'nt be needed.
