Credit card score

If i just got a credit card will i be able to start a monthly phone contact with it or do i need to get the credit score higher?

It all depends on what your Credit File looks like, and having a credit cards makes no difference. 

O2 will do an assessment on your risk profile, credit worthiness, affordability and what your credit file looks like.
