I have 3 O2 accounts. 1 of which shows as telecom and the other 2 (most recent) showing as loans which seem to be affecting my credit score due to the usage being close to the phones value.
Does anyone know why O2 would indicate to credit agency’s a difference in each ‘loan’ and if this can be amended if discussed with them

O2 must have changed the way it appears. The phone is bought under a credit agreement, which is in effect a loan. If this is part of a new system then O2 won't change it I'm afraid.
