I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how long it takes to hear back from the Amendment Team?
I am disputing a default that has been put on my account in December 2021 (which I was never advised of). This has affected my credit score significantly and I am in the process of applying for a mortgage.
I first raised it with customer services on 21st December who raised it and I have since called and sent emails but have had no response.
Grateful for any help.

o2 dont just put defaults on an account, they will have emailed, written and texted you about a delinquent account and payments
You are best lodging a dispute via the CRA's and let them take the strain.
It can take a while, whilst they investigate and decide if it is a default or not, and they may not decide to remove it
