Credit Referral Response

Hi, just recently i have applied for a pay monthly sim contract, however after pressing purchase it came up stating that the credit referral team had declined me. This has confused me a great deal as i’ve never been declined credit before. From this i’ve tried emailing the team and had no response, i have also sent follow up emails and still no response spanning over 2 weeks. This is not affecting my credit score and needs to be resolved quickly, can anyone help me with the best way to contact the credit referral team? Thanks

Any ideas on accurately how long the response takes as i have already been waiting 2 weeks for a response and still nothing?

I'm afraid there is little recourse for this, as unfortunately even with perfect credit, companies can decline you for their services.
o2 will never disclose why they made that business decision.

I know that this isnt what you want to hear, but if you want a sim only that uses the o2 network, then you could look at Tesco Mobile as an alternative.
