Hi

I have to 2 months recent unpaid o2 bills on my experian report, however all my bills have been paid and i'm in credit?

So long as your account shows as up to date and a £0 balance it is probably an admin error.
If you have to, then try calling customer services. But be aware they are extremely busy and very under staffed at the moment...
