Credit File Referral - Help

I have been contacting the O2 Credit File Referral by email for over a week.

I have had no response.

I am currently going through the process of moving home. 

There is a credit amount from O2 going back over 4 years ago. I do not know where it has originated from.

It is getting very urgent that I understand how this error can be fixed. It is extremely time critical.

 

Can someone please help to get some undertanding urgently?

@Emz21 Admin and advisors won't be back on until 8 am, but I don't think they will be able to help you.

The advisors on tomorrow morning are @O2Lisa and @O2Waqas

Hopefully they can maybe have some sort of influence and push my query up the queue or whatever.

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
