Solved: Credit Balance After Changing To Pay Monthly

Hi

I just bought a new Nokia Lumia at a O2 store yesterday and asked to keep my number. I was changed from a Pay As You Go to a Pay Monthly deal. But my question is what happens to the credit balance I had on my sim before the change?

It should all be credited to your pay monthly account.
If it doesn't show as a credit in your My O2 give CS a call on 202 to chase it up.

It should appear on your first monthly bilol and it should be automatic.
