Cracked phone screen

I just got the Samsung s20 on a contract. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone and cracked my screen, however, I did get insurance but because all the o2 stores are closed I can't repair it. Is their a way I can get it repaired or have a temporary phone sent to me?
