You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

i just got an upgrade but didnt get the new sim, i have tried to call but nothing is going through. i looked online and it told me to go in to store. how do i get the new sim if i can go in to store
