I can not pay my bills due to the closure of my business how can I talk to someone.??? I have tried several times but keep getting told they can’t answer calls.

The best thing to do would be to call customer services or specifically, our payment management team on 0800 902 0217.

 

But please bare with them! It may take a while to get through, they're very busy at present.
