Covid-19 - Unable to make payment

I have been off work with Covid-19 and have now been furloughed! Due to this I am struggling to pay my bill which is imminent. Can’t get through on the phone and can’t be without it so any advise would be very much appreciated.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I’ve called 3 times this morning and been cut off every time, albeit not to the above number but through 202

Keep trying all numbers until you get through.
