Until 2017 O2 coverage was fine at home - BT35.

Why is this no longer the case? I am unable to use my mobile at home

Maybe a mast was decommissioned locally.

You could check with your local council.

See if you can use WiFi calling now to help https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
