I've lived here for 4 years now and paying for a package that is unusable as there is 95% of the time no Data Available - when out of WIFI range, there are no O2 Hotspots, No 3G or 4G and sometimes unable to make a simple phone call, And texts can take ages to be sent or received with a message on Phone saying out of coverage - Really think it's about time things improved around here Coverage Map show that I have good coverage for 2G but its poor and sometimes none - 3G and 4G do not exist for me in my town will have to change away from O2 soon

@PerfidiumIf you have been paying for a package that's unusable for 99% of the time, you should seriously consider changing networks. Get a few PAYG sims from other networks and see which one gives you the best coverage. You could also consider making a complaint if your service has deteriorated from when you first took out a contract http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

If it has been the same for 4 years I would have changed networks (assuming they have coverage)

1/2 way home 500 metres went to do a data check and it said I was not Connected ?
Then it's certainly time for a change @Perfidium. Your service is not fit for purpose.
