Good evening. I thought my calls to an eu number where in my tariff but today I called someone and I got a message saying that I am charged for it. Is that right?

Yes the text is correct.


Calls to numbers outside of the UK are charged for, and have never been free, this includes calls to the IOM,  Jersey and Guernsey.

 

Calling EU numbers is only free if roaming in the EU
