Cost for roaming to Andorra

I'm struggling to find costs for using data in Andorra, looking at the list of countries covered in Europe its not included, when I look at counties listed in 'the rest of the world' bolt on, its not listed, when I click the "country not listed - click here for rates" button it send me back to the first screen???

So what's the deal? anyone know the costs?

Andorra isn't part of the EU, so it is the Rest of World charges, due to the Monopoly run by the Andorran Government

OK thanks for that, I assume that those rate apply then, although when you select the 'rest of the world international bolt-on' Andorra is not listed under the rest of the world.

but I am just assuming that even the international bolt on does not include Andorra.

It isn't a bolt on its just pay the standard roaming charges... 

No bolt on covers Andorra im afraid
