You need to call O2 and discuss this with them - others on this foum have commented O2 have given them a month to pay with no impact on service - but of course this is probably on a case by case basis and not a blanket policy.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
