I need help with my p30, had it 2 months today whilst charging my phone got super hot and a strange gas smell came from it, now the fingerprint scanner wont work it cant find any wifi networks and also displays no service! I have 2 kids cant go out and the stores are closed and I dont have another phone I can call o2 with! All I have is this pc but dont even have a headset 😞
Also I have tried a factory reset but its the same and cant connect now to log back into my google account as there is no service.
