Coronavirus affected income, unable to get hold of o2 on their customer service

Hi I’ve lost my income due to the virus and need to speak to someone about my account however the phone lines send me in a loop unless I want to talk about fraud.

Keep trying. If fraud is the only option then press that. They will deal with your call. All numbers to call are in this guide

I have the same problem, it says specifically on the 02 website to call 0800 9020217 to discuss payment issues 8am-8pm mon to fri but then wont let you through unless it's to report a stolen phone.
