Hello @KemalCorek

Sorry to hear you are unemployed presently.

Difficult times.

Follow link given above.

When calling customer services ~ call early 08.00am

may have a better chance of getting through then.

Best wishes TallTrees

Makes no difference when you try to call. It's a lottery at any time currently.

I'm in the same boat, took days to get in touch and when I finally got through they said because your up to date with payments they can't help.
They said cancel your direct debit, default your payment and then they can help, so that probably means they will pass it to a recovery company.

Company is a joke....I have 3 devices over £100+ a month.

Will be my final year with these!

I cannot pay my bill due to corona virus job loss. I cannot get hold of O2 after days of calls.

I have three phones in the family £100 a month. They are disgusting people. Never ever use O 2 once this is over.

O2  have just left us hanging with the inevitable debt collection at my door in three months.

Hope the government close this shower of ******e down soon.

you need to call

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
