Convert my account from Corporate O2 account to normal

Hello,

 

I have a coprorate account with Citi UK but I have moved out of Citi and will request you to convert my number into a normal Pay-as-you-go account

 

Can you please help me how to go about it?

You will need to contact your Telecoms admin, who will be able to deal with for you..

o2 Consumer CS wont be able to do anything, as it can only be done by Enterprise CS via your Telecom admin team.
