I can't find my contract renewal/end date anywhere, my O2 has been playing up and I can only access certain things now. Could someone tell me when it's up and when I'm due an upgrade so I can decide what I want to do. Thanks in advance, Mark.

If you can't get it off My O2 you will have to ring 202 and speak to customer service, or you could try the Chat option in my signature.
