I’ve just signed up for new contract Sat 15th (new customer) I’ve had all the t&cs emails and one with mobile number on. Does that mean I’ve been accepted also still can’t log into myo2 app is this normal

Hi @Dazza2,

 

Yes, that sounds like you've been accepted. It can take 48 hours for MyO2 to update for your contract to become fully activated.

Sounds normal to me.
It takes a few days for the systems to catch up.
