I have 2 contract phones. One for me and one for my wife. My wife wants to change networks when her upgrade is due in July. Do I cancel her contract with O2 or can I just let it run out?

If both contracts are on your account, you need to contact O2 regarding the one you want to discontinue.

@Boylie78 Your wife's contract won't just run out. It will become a one month rolling contract once the initial term finishes, so you'll have to speak to customer service, as @Cleoriff has suggested. If your wife wants to keep her number you will need to ask for a PAC for that number.
