Guys u just charged me 15 quid for a phone call within the UK this month... on top of usual bill.. ur service started off awesome but lately im not impressed at all..

It has to be one of the exclusions from normal allowances. What is the first 5 digits of the number. 

This isn't customer service @Anonymous so call 202 if you think its a billing error.
