Hi

does my contract end when my device plan ends or does it need cancelling manually

The airtime continues on a rolling 30 day basis which you can cancel at anytime.

Thanks I thought that might be the case so I’d need to contact o2 to cancel ? Not the easiest to get through to

That depends on whether you intend taking your number to another network or not.

No they are jus to be cancelled as not used now just paying off , thanks il check the links

For a cast iron guarantee of cancellation, without having to call O2, get the PAC code(s) and port the number(s) to an alternate network PAYG sim. 

Once porting is complete, just destroy the new sim(s).
