So I’m having issues with O2, I have been financially trapped in my contract where it results in me either paying £1400 and returning the phone or continue paying £40/£50 for 36 months and where I still don’t get to keep the phone.
I don’t really fancy being financially shafted any more than what I already have been since being with O2. Any suggestions on what I can do

@Portsmouth

The phone is yours once paid for either by paying outright or monthly.

It does not have to be returned.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Portsmouth  Who told you that you aren't allowed to keep the phone at the end of your contract?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
