Hi @Lionroars75

Did you give notice to cancel your contract? Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Unless you followed the advice in the guide it will continue rolling on a monthly basis.

Upgrades only happen if you ask for them

@Lionroars75

You are free to change to any sim only deal or PAYG.

Just choose the tariff you want and upgrade in your MyO2 or by calling customer service.

There’s no need to upgrade to another phone if you don’t want to.

Just to add, I was paying £18 a month for 1gb of data on an old contract which I recently upgraded to 5gb for £2 a month less.
The deals are out there if you look for them.

They are, though it appears @Lionroars75 didn't do anything at all.
