Contract was cancelled late December but I am still getting billed.

I cancelled with live chat. I would like to confirm that the account is closed and that you will refund the over payments taken from my account. Thanks, Graham.

Don't use live chat as it looks like they haven't cancelled it

If @Anonymous is still being billed. it does look as if the contract has not been cancelled. After following the advice above they need to use this form to claim overpayment back to their account https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=34

If O2 agree that the cancellation was due in December they should also process the refund automatically.
They will check first if the account has been used since the requested cancellation data and if not there is a chance they will accept the claim.
If the sim has been used it will be rejected immediately.
