Hi I looked on my upgrade options and one of the options was no charge O2 will buy out your contract so you can choose a brand new phone

Does this mean they buy the contract off you and you get a new contract and phone?

I just don't want to do it and be charged the remaining on my device plan and also not know what I'm getting into

Thanks

Basically, they will clear your current contractual obligations leaving you free to upgrade.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
