Contract to Simplicity Sim Only

Very happy with Sony xperia arc for almost 2 years

Can I order the Simplicity sim only,then activate it when my upgrade is available from 25th March?

I don't want to pay the remainder of the contract + simplicity tariff for 2 months

Do I just have to be patient and wait until 25th March before ordering the sim?

Glad to hear you are still happy with the Arc.

The best way forward it to contact customer services closer to the time or simply pop into your local O2 store on your upgrade date.

They can then just "upgrade" you to a SIM only contract. Otherwise you will indeed be paying for 2 contracts and the SIM only will not have your existing number on it 😞
