Contract to PAYG

I've recently changed from Pay Monthly to PAYG but "MYO2" doesn't show my PAYG details. Do I have to do anything to update "MYO2" or should it happen automatically? I've retained the same mobile number.

Your need to phone pay and go CS on 4445. Sounds like they need to delete your myo2 account and create a new one slight_smile

Is your number fully on pay and go yet?

Call 4444 and see if it lets you top up. Or call 313 and see if it lets you through

Yes it is on PAYG I've already used auto top-up. Also when I use the Mobile MYO2 app it shows my PAYG details. However, when I sign up on my PC to MYO2 it shows my old contact and bill information.

They shouldn't need to create a new one just call cs on 4445 & get them to reset your account & your new details will show up

Hi

I've just spoken to cs 4445 and they have advised that the MY O2 system is the last one to be changed as it allows you to view your last Pay Monthly bill. Once this bill has been cleared on the system it should then update, sometime this month, to show the PAYG details.

Thanks for the advice I'll wait and see if it does update during the month.
