I paid my contact on the 17th but for some reason I’m unable to receive or make calls. I’ve restarted my phone but it’s still the same. Why is this happening?

You will need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to help..
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
